Focus ST
Absolutely fantastic experience with Velocity Motors Derby! I recently bought my Ford Focus ST from them and couldn't be happier. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, friendly staff, no pressure, and excellent customer service throughout. The car was presented perfectly, exactly as described, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. They answered all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. I'm loving the Focus ST and would definitely recommend Velocity Motors Derby to anyone looking for a reliable garage with great cars and honest service. 5 stars all the way!

Honest trustworthy seller, who I can't praise highly enough. I recently purchased a Skoda estate from here and couldn't be more happy with it. 1st class service, friendly and helpful
Bought a 1 Series from this place. The guy who dealt with me was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and easy as I didn't know anything about paperwork. Great warranty service
Great condition vehicle sold with extensive history. I bought an Audi A3 for an exceptional price, had some issues with the vehicle post purchase, however upon notifying the seller I got every single thing fixed on the car under warranty and now it's perfect. The seller is extremely prompt with replies and eager to help and sort any issue as soon as possible. I'd definitely buy a car from here again any day.

Good service, communication and prices
Bought a Mercedes A Class from this seller. Very good communication and informative on purchase. There was the potential chance of a gearbox issue on the CVT auto but I recalibrated it and solved the issue (had a discounted delivery to my home). Good comms throughout and offered to collect from home to sort. A trusted seller.

BMW 3 Series estate. Issue with the log book coming through to him but without us leaving a deposit he went above and beyond to chase it and get it sorted as quickly as possible. Great car and great customer service.

Bought a car from this place — I would say it was a great experience from start to finish. I couldn't travel due to my health conditions so I was offered a video call and shown all around. Delivery was quick, next morning the car was outside my house at 9am. Once again thank you so much.
